Sartori Company announced today that it will be releasing a very limited quantity of two Limited Edition products; Cannella BellaVitano, the newest addition to the Limited Edition line, and Cognac BellaVitano, named ‘3rd best cheese in the world’ at the 2011 World Cheese Awards in Birmingham, UK. Each cheese wheel will be hand signed and numbered by Sartori Master Cheesemaker, Mike Matucheski.

Sartori is honored to announce that a portion of all the proceeds of this exciting pink cheese will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.® in support of breast cancer awareness.
Out of a field of more than 1700 entries at the prestigious American Cheese Society competition held this past Friday, Sartori’s Limited Edition Pastorale Blend® was awarded a first place Blue Ribbon. This follows a strong performance at the World Championship Cheese Contest this past winter.
