Sartori Cheese announced today that Chai BellaVitano was named “Best New Dairy Product” at the 2013 International Cheese Awards in Nantwich, UK. One of the world’s largest competitions, over 4,285 cheeses from 27 countries were entered this year by the world’s best cheesemakers.
Like a family, we’re always growing and sharing challenges, teaching and talking to each other, laughing together as much as possible and looking for ways to nurture our members. It’s the healthiest way we know to think about our work, and it creates a nice environment for raising a family of your own. By the way, since real families have members and not “employees,” this is the only time we’re going to say that word.
Sartori's vision is simple:
To put great cheese on every plate.
We have the highest aspirations, not just for ourselves, but for all great cheese. In this spirit, we strive to remain authentic and inspire our lifelong customers to return again and again.
Our mission is just as clear:
To make the best cheese in the world.
We come to work every day with that simple goal in mind. We realize it may not always be attainable - but the never-ending drive to improve is what makes Sartori such a visionary place to be.
Sartori Cheese announced today that they have been presented with five awards, including two first place finishes, at the 2013 Wisconsin State Fair Cheese and Butter Contest. One of the nation’s most competitive and prestigious regional cheese competitions, the contest included nearly 300 of the Dairy State’s best cheeses.

Our Company Culture
Our Hiring Philosophy
At Sartori, we live by six core values: Family, Commitment, Authenticity, Ingenuity, Integrity and Humility. These values weren’t made up by a bunch of marketers simply trying to sound appealing. Truth is, we asked a third-party research team to interview dozens of Sartori Team Members about their feelings and attitudes. Take a moment to watch these videos. They’ll give you a real feel for the people who make us what we are.
