ABOUT THE JOB!
The Process Engineer Intern will have the opportunity to contribute to the Operations team by developing and implementing procedures and processes for existing manufacturing and converting operations focused on continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to increase process efficiencies.
Analyze and implement changes to equipment layout and work flow.
Develops work instructions and statistical performance measures for new or improved processes and equipment.
Assist with training to ensure new changes are effectively transitioned to operations team.
Conducts time studies, collects data for downtime analysis and run rates.
Communicates run rate changes due to process improvement to the planning team.
Collaborate in cross-functional groups to achieve project goals.

Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Packaging Engineering.
