Baby Field Greens With Merlot BellaVitano®

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag mixed baby greens
  • 5 oz Sartori Merlot BellaVitano® cheese (shaved)
  • 1 red bell pepper (julienne)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (julienne)
  • ½ cup red wine vingearette
  • ½ lemon for juice
  • 1 Sliced carrot

Directions:

Add all ingredients together and serve immediately. Dressing the salad in advance will wilt the lettuce and will not be crisp.
